Villa Mandorlo

Villa Mandorlo is located in the countryside of Noto and is of very recent construction. With its minimal modern style, its infinity pool (open from 01/04 to 31/10), large garden and veranda dominates the surrounding landscape. It consists of two levels: on the ground floor there is a panoramic living room with a corner sofa and TV, a foyer with a refrigerator and oven and a small pantry, an island with a hob and sink, a dining room (also with a panoramic view), and a double bedroom with a complete private bathroom.
On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms with respective bathrooms, one with private access from outside the house and one with a private terrace, while the fourth bedroom is in an annexe. All rooms have air conditioning.
