In the 90 m² villa, you will find a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with external access. All bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The villa's outdoor space is also extremely organised and cosy: a well-kept 800 m² garden with a covered and furnished veranda, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and a swimming pool with hydromassage.
The centre of Modica is about 7 km away and there are also many things to do and to see in the surroundings: by car you can easily reach Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Marzamemi and Noto. Regarding beaches, Marina di Modica is 25 km away and Sampieri 29 km.
