Pellegrina

In a privileged position, perched on a hill overlooking the Rocca di Cefalù, Villa Pellegrina is a rustic property with a well-defined character. Nearby there are numerous beaches, including that of Cefalù, the nearest one.

It is ideal for groups who, while wanting to spend their vacations together, need a little privacy and large outdoor spaces.

Villa Pellegrina consists, in fact, of three separate buildings that house the four bedrooms.

The Main House features a living room with fireplace and sofas, from which you can access a small cellar and the kitchen, and a small bathroom. Upstairs there is a laundry room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed that can be converted into two beds. Both have private bathrooms with showers. Both the laundry room and one of the bedrooms are also accessible from the outside.

Next to the main building there is an annexe that houses a simple living area, a dining table, a basic kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bed in the loft.

The third building of Villa Pellegrina, the Cottage, is in a slightly more distant location than the first two. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with a kitchenette, sofa, table and a bathroom with shower. Also here the sleeping area is in the loft (double bed).

Outside, just in front of the Main House and the Dependance, there is a spacious patio with two large umbrellas, which protect the dining area and the living area respectively.

In this area there is a small historical chapel.

A small staircase leads down to the lower level of the garden. Here there is the swimming pool, a lawn with a comfortable sitting area and a small table placed in the shade of a gazebo.

There is also an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and wood-burning oven. 

Due to the high number of stairs and steps, the villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
